Idle control built in:

Built into the end of the manifold is our standard idle valve control unit allowing the use 19mm filter or 19mm hose to an airbox.


Multiple inputs/outputs:

As standard there are 6×5mm hose barbs and 1x6.35mm hose barb. Normally for 4 cylinders, a fuel pressure regulator and a brake servo. Contact us upon order if you need additional fittings.

  • Idle valve, MAP sensor, hose and the 19mm filter
  • The plug that wires the valve — our IAC connector kit is supplied separately

GMR designed and manufactured compact throttle body Idle vacuum manifold

  1. Idle control built in: Built into the end of the manifold is our standard idle valve control unit allowing the use 19mm filter or 19mm hose to an airbox.
  2. Multiple inputs/outputs: As standard there are 4×5mm barbed adapters to allow each cylinder to be plumbed into the vacuum manifold, (essential for idle air distribution), and an additional 2×5mm barbed outputs for fuel pressure regulation and a spare. Additional to this we’ve added a 6.35mm barb for brake booster/engine vacuum pump integration.
  3. Easy install: DCOE underslung unit allows direct attachment an easy way to bolt on to a bracket in the engine bay.
  4. Adaptable: We’re able to customise this to suit your application, get in touch if you need something we don’t list!

Wiring the valve

The valve is wired through a four-way sealed connector. We supply that separately as the IAC connector kit — connector, terminals and seals — because most people fitting one of these manifolds already have a valve but not a loom for it. The pinout is in the datasheet above.
