Where we ship, and what it costs
We ship worldwide. Pick your country on the basket and the carriage and the VAT work themselves out before you pay — no waiting on a reply, no surprise at the payment page.
What carriage costs
Royal Mail’s published International Tracked prices, which is why they differ country by country rather than by region. A basket is charged for the largest thing in it — one box usually swallows the lot — and each band is priced at the top of its weight: Large letter large letter, up to 250g; Small parcel small parcel, up to 1kg; Parcel small parcel, up to 2kg; Bulky medium parcel, up to 5kg. A full kit fills a box on its own, so order two and you will see two lots of carriage, which is what two parcels cost us.

Carriage shown without VAT. On a UK order VAT is added to the delivery as well as the goods; on an export there is none to add. Baskets worth more than £50.00 carry £3.10 on top, which raises the carrier’s cover from £50.00 to £250 — worth having on a part that costs more than that to make again. VAT, duty and the border
- In the UK — and the Isle of Man — prices include VAT at 20%. Nothing further to pay.
- Everywhere else goods leave the UK zero-rated, so we charge no UK VAT. Your own country’s import VAT, and any duty, is settled with the carrier when the parcel arrives rather than with us. Carriers usually add a small handling fee of their own for collecting it.
- Into the EU there is also a flat €3 customs charge per parcel, introduced on 1 July 2026.
- Every parcel travels with a customs declaration and a commercial invoice showing what the goods are and what they cost, which is what clearance needs.
How long it takes
Stock parts leave us quickly; anything made to order shows its own lead time on the product page, and your order page tracks it. Add about 3 working days for UK carriage once it ships, and longer abroad depending on the route and how quickly customs release it.
