Peugeot GTi6 XU10J4RS DCOE Intake Manifold

Advanced Carbon Composite Intake Manifold (Carbon IDT) – DCOE

Made to order using Carbon IDT (Carbon Infused Digital Technology), this high-strength carbon composite intake is ultra-lightweight, highly insulating, and internally finished with a specialist ultra-low friction sealing coat to maximise airflow. Designed to suit DCOE bolt-on throttle bodies.
Peugeot 205 note: use 30mm DCOE-type throttle bodies for velocity stack and airbox clearance.

Design note: the fuel rail mounts on the underside to deliberately clear the bonnet and allow use of conventional throttle linkage if desired.

Key features

  • Made to fit: choose throttle body size and port geometry — we can match your ported head from a traced outline (no porting required).

  • Fully tapered runners: smooth transitions from head to throttle body for efficient flow.

  • Injector & fuel rail options: optional OEM injector location/rail mounts (or staged/8-injector setups).

  • Vacuum & idle ports: optional 1/8 NPT ports at purchase for balancing and idle control (no drilling on install).

  • O-ring head sealing: maintenance-free, reliable sealing method.

  • Complete fitting kit: hardware, O-rings, bolts, and torque limit spacers included.

  • Full assembled weight: 1020g including mounting hardware

Why carbon composite?
Hollow composite construction dramatically reduces heat transfer versus aluminium, helping keep intake air cooler for more consistent performance.

Lead time: made to order — please allow 7–10 days before shipment.

Description

Advanced Carbon Composite Intake Manifold

Manufactured using Carbon IDT, (Carbon Infused Digital Technology), high-strength carbon composite, this intake manifold is super lightweight, exceptionally insulative, and finished with a specialist ultra-low friction internal sealing coat to maximise airflow efficiency. Designed to fit DCOE bolt on throttle bodies. When used in the Peugeot 205, 30mm DCOE type throttle bodies should be used to allow clearance for velocity stacks and air box.

Note: Fuel rail will be on the underside of the manifold, deliberately to clear the bonnet and allow use of the conventional throttle linkage if desired.

Why Our Intake Manifolds Lead the Way

    • Optimised Geometry, Perfect Fit
No porting is required – we give you the option to choose throttle body size and intake port geometry. We will even make it to suit your ported cylinder head geometry, just send your traced port outline to match, saving you hours of port matching and cost to do so.
    • Fully Tapered
From port to throttle body there is no compromise on the blend of the shape. Fully tapered from cylinder head to throttle body, no sharp transitions, not straight bottlenecks.
    • Allows use of the original injectors and fuel rail
A no cost option to have the original injector location and fuel rail mountings so either the OEM injectors and rail are used instead of the throttle body location, or an 8 injector setup can be utilised. Injector placement near the valve improves low rpm efficiency, torque and driveability, whilst injectors further upstream of the valves improve atomisation and peak power performance.
    • OEM fitment
The dipstick mount is retained on the intake manifold.
    • Vacuum and idle ports
1/8npt ports are available as a no cost option at point of purchase to allow more accurate balancing, manifolding and idle control without the need to drill and tap on installation. Options are given to add costed 1/8npt plastic or anodised fittings.
    • O-Ring head sealing
O-ring seals are utilised to seal the intake manifold to the cylinder head and are maintenance free and indefinitely useable. This much improved sealing technique reduces liklihood of sealing failure.
    • Hardware included
Each Intake manifold comes with mounting hardware required to fit to the cylinder head, O-rings, bolts, torque limit spacers etc.
    • Hollow Carbon Composite Construction
Unlike aluminium, our intake manifolds are naturally insulating. In fact, they are up to 5,000 times more effective at preventing heat transfer than metal. This keeps intake air cooler, reduces heat soak, and delivers more consistent power.

    • Ultra-Low Friction Internal Coating
The inner surfaces are treated with a specialist airflow sealing coating, reducing drag and turbulence inside the system. The result: smoother, faster airflow and enhanced volumetric efficiency.

    • Ultra-Lightweight
With an incredible weight saving over aluminium, our intake manifolds, increase power, reduce air intake temperature, improve throttle response, and reduce overall vehicle mass. Full assembly weight of 1020g including fasteners!

    • Efficient & Sustainable Manufacturing
Carbon IDT only adds material where needed – resulting in less than 0.001% waste during production.
