Want this, but not quite like this?

A different size, a bore spacing we don’t list, a port shape to suit your head, a fitting somewhere else — we make these ourselves, so most of it is a drawing change rather than a new product. Tell us what you need and we’ll price it.

What’s included

The base price is a complete bolt-on induction system. The options above only add what is listed against them — nothing in this list is an extra.

In the base price

  1. Carbon composite intake manifold for the XU10J4RS / XU9J4 head
  2. Four GMR SF throttle bodies in your chosen size
  3. GMR 306 GTi6/Mi16-specific airbox with integrated velocity stacks
  4. Twin-layer reticulated foam filter
  5. Throttle quadrant kit — quadrant, cable mount, cable guide and throttle cable nipple
  6. TPS — GMR sensor and adapter, on an 8mm D shaft fitment
  7. Mounting hardware to fit the manifold to the cylinder head

Not in the base price

  1. Injectors, fuel rail and injector blanks — choose these above
  2. Vacuum and idle manifold kit — an option above
  3. Idle valve, MAP sensor and air temperature sensor

Injector fitment

The Green Giant 465cc injectors can be fitted in the OEM location, on the fuel rail already on your engine. The Bosch 550cc injectors fit the throttle body location only and come with our fuel rail, which is included in that option's price.

Performance

  1. Up to 20% more power potential, with the right engine setup and calibration
  2. Fully tapered runners, for airflow stability and cylinder filling

WHY THIS SYSTEM WORKS

Engineered for Airflow Efficiency and Performance

Designed from first principles to maximise airflow efficiency, reduce thermal influence, and improve overall engine response.

Unlike conventional manifolds, the internal geometry is fully optimised to deliver stable, uninterrupted airflow into the engine.

Optimised Airflow Geometry

Fully Tapered Internal Runners

Smooth transitions from cylinder head port to throttle body eliminate abrupt changes in cross-section.

Benefits:

  1. Reduced flow separation
  2. Improved airflow stability
  3. Increased cylinder filling efficiency

Delivers consistent airflow across the rev range, supporting improved performance potential.

Thermal Performance

Carbon Composite Thermal Isolation

Aluminium intake systems readily absorb and transfer engine bay heat into the intake charge.

This system uses a hollow carbon composite structure with significantly lower thermal conductivity, helping to isolate intake air from heat.

Benefits:

  1. Up to 15°C reduction in intake air temperature under typical operating conditions
  2. Improved resistance to heat soak
  3. More consistent performance during extended running

Throttle Response

Individual Throttle Body Configuration

Individual throttle bodies reduce plenum volume and position throttle control closer to the intake ports.

Benefits:

  1. Immediate throttle response
  2. Improved engine character and drivability
  3. Direct connection between pedal input and engine output

Lightweight Construction

High Strength, Low Mass Design

Manufactured using advanced carbon composite processes to achieve a lightweight, rigid structure.

  1. Total system weight: 3.6kg
  2. Reduced mass vs aluminium systems
  3. Improved packaging and handling

Precision Fitment

Designed for Direct Integration

Developed specifically for:

  1. Peugeot 306 GTi6 (XU10J4RS) & Peugeot 405 Mi16 (XU9J4)

Key features:

  1. Utilises OEM components where possible
  2. No disassembly required prior to installation
  3. Maintains critical engine bay clearances
  4. Optional port matching available

Manufacturing Process

Carbon IDT + Direct Digital Manufacturing

Produced using advanced composite manufacturing combined with precision digital processes.

This enables:

  1. High dimensional accuracy
  2. Repeatable geometry across production
  3. Rapid design development and refinement

Choosing your options

Every option and its price is on the configurator above. This is the reasoning behind each choice.

Throttle size

  1. 45mm – standard engines up to around 250bhp
  2. 50mm – builds beyond 250bhp

Cylinder head intake port

  1. Standard – for an unmodified cylinder head
  2. Custom – port matched to your own head from a traced outline. Chargeable, and the manufacturing lead time starts when you approve the design rather than at the order date.

Injectors and fuel rail

  1. Nothing required – bodies with no injector provision at all, for a build that feeds fuel somewhere else entirely
  2. Blanked injector holes – bodies with the injector bosses blanked off, for keeping your own injectors in the OEM location
  3. Fuel rail only – our rail for the throttle body location, your injectors
  4. Green Giant 465cc, OEM location – injectors only, on the fuel rail already on your engine
  5. Green Giant 465cc or Bosch 550cc with our fuel rail – fitted in the throttle body location

See Injector fitment above for which injector suits which location.

Vacuum

  1. Without vacuum ports – nothing drilled or tapped
  2. Vacuum and idle manifold kit – idle valve plus three spare outputs for fuel pressure regulator, MAP and brake servo

Performance Considerations

Performance gains and temperature reductions will vary depending on:

  1. Engine specification
  2. Supporting modifications
  3. Calibration and tuning

For optimal results, appropriate ECU calibration is recommended.
