One fuel rail that configures from 2 to 12 cylinders. The segments seal to each other on O-rings, so the rail is built to your cylinder count rather than cut down from a fixed length — and it comes apart again. Choose the injector mount to suit your injectors, and a barbed or AN6 inlet and outlet.

Built to your cylinder count

Most fuel rails are a fixed extrusion. You buy the one that matches your engine, and if nothing matches you are paying for a special. This one is built from segments that seal to each other on O-rings, so the same parts make a twin, a straight six or a V12 — anything from 2 to 12 cylinders.

Nothing is welded or brazed. That is what makes it configurable, and it is also what lets it come apart again: add a cylinder, change the injector mount or replace a seal without scrapping the rail.

Injector mount

The mount sets how far the injector stands off the throttle body, so it has to suit the injector you are running — injector bodies are not all the same length, and a mount for one will hold another at the wrong depth. Three standards, at no difference in price:

  1. Pico mount — for the short Marelli Pico bodies, such as our 480cc Pico-type injectors
  2. EV6 standard — the common EV6 injector length
  3. EV14 standard — for EV14 bodies, such as our Bosch EV14S 550cc injectors

If you are not certain which yours are, tell us what injectors you have and we will tell you which mount you want.

Centre mount

An extra mounting point at the middle of the rail, which takes the flex out of the centre of the span. Required from six cylinders up, where the rail is long enough that the middle has to be held up — the configurator will ask for it. Below six cylinders it is optional, and most people do not need it.

Inlet and outlet

  1. Barbed — for push-on fuel hose and a clip
  2. AN6 — for braided or PTFE line with AN fittings

Either fitting, same price — pick the one that suits the plumbing you are running.

Fits

Designed around SF and SF/OBX type throttle bodies, feeding the injector in the throttle body location. It is the same rail supplied with our ITB kits when you choose injectors in the throttle body location, sold here on its own for a build of your own.
