Manufactured using Carbon IDT, (Carbon Infused Digital Technology), high-strength carbon composite, this intake system kit is super lightweight and exceptionally insulative.

Our Honda K20 kit requires no disassembly of our kit before bolting onto the engine. (Removal of the air filter is required to synchronise the throttle bodies).

      No porting is required – we give you the option to choose throttle body size and intake port geometry at the optimum port angle of 17.5 degrees.

      All of our air boxes come with a replaceable high quality, twin layer, fully reticulated and polymer-impregnated foam designed for maximum dust filtration, high airflow, and long-term performance which also filters the idle/vacuum manifold. Included in the package is one of our own air intake sensors preinstalled on to the air box.

      Unlike aluminium, our intake manifolds, air boxes and velocity stacks are naturally insulating. In fact, they are up to 5,000 times more effective at preventing heat transfer than metal. This keeps intake air cooler, reduces heat soak, and delivers more consistent power.

    • Ultra-Lightweight
      With an incredible weight saving over aluminium, our ITB kits, increase power, reduce air intake temperature, improve throttle response, and reduce overall vehicle mass. Full assembly weight of 3kg including fasteners!

    • Optimised Geometry, Perfect Fit
      No porting is required – we give you the option to choose throttle body size and intake port geometry. We will even make it to suit your ported cylinder head geometry, just send your traced port outline to match, saving you hours of port matching and cost to do so.
    • Optimum angle
      This kit is setup to copy the intake port angle of the K20 head for perfect airflow transition.
    • A throttle smooth as butter
      Our throttle quadrant system delivers smooth, precise throttle progression compared with conventional tie-rod and ball-joint arrangements. The design is simpler, more reliable, and reduces the likelihood of mechanical issues.
    • Vacuum and idle ports

      If selected at purchase, each kit includes predrilled and tapped vacuum ports.

    • O-Ring head sealing
      O-ring seals are utilised to seal the intake manifold to the cylinder head and are maintenance free. This much improved sealing technique reduces liklihood of sealing failure.

Because this inlet manifold comes directly out of the cylinder head, some modifications to the front belt pulley/water pump and alternator will be required to allow this to have the direct unrestricted entry it is designed for.
